If you never got your password check your email spam folder for an email from ccbill or epoch. If you are typing in your username and password and they are not working it is most likely because you are not typing in a CAPITOL letter where it is required. Usernames and passwords are CaSe SENsiTive, the upper and lower case letters must match. Or you may be substituting the number one: '1' for the letter 'l', or a zero: '0' for the letter 'o' or 'O', etc.
